5.2 Currency. All transactions on the taya356 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). taya356 does not accept or process transactions in cryptocurrency of any kind.

12.1 By taya356. taya356 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or as required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
12.2 By You. You may close your taya356 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
